     We have two Mori Seiki NL-2500 MC, they are both equipped with a bar feed and live tooling which makes them very cost effective machines.  Both are able to perform multiple operations in one machine, such as turning, drilling, tapping, and milling, this can all be accomplished in one cycle.

Video 1 Shows a 40º Endmill being used in the Live Tooling.

     The Haas Super Speed VF Series machine is excellent for customers that require extremely accurate repetitive machining.  With a horizontal rotary turntable, multiple operations are consistently repeated on two different planes.
