Below are a few Repair jobs.

This part had two inline bores that were worn out. The
part was bored out using our Portage Bar Mill. New
bushings were made and pressed in place.

The conveyor shown in these pictures had a bent axel.
The axel was removed, a new one was built from stronger
material and put in place.

The two inline bores were
machined using a line bore. Next a bushing was
inserted and welded in place. Finally a steel hardened
sleeve was inserted.

Part was cut apart below the fracture.
Then an oversized stub was welded to the base which was still
in good shape. Finally the shaft was machined to
original specifications.

This part had the threaded
end broken off. To repair the part the broken area was
first cleaned up and bored out. The bored hole was then
tapped. A replacement stud was turned and treaded on both
ends. The stud was then threaded into the tapped hole.
