DRM Industries was founded in 1970 as Don’s Repair, focusing exclusively on fabrication. By 1975, machining had been added to our services.
Today, DRM Industries is a 100% employee-owned company that encompasses 4 divisions: Machining & Fabrication, Best Exhibits, DRM Electrocoat, and Centri Precleaners.

Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is open to every employee, and allows them to own shares of company stock in a retirement account and become employee-owners.

Our facilities are located in Lake Delton, Reedsburg, and Baraboo, Wisconsin providing the ideal location for logistics and transport across the nation, streamlining the production process, and keeping costs down.
We work primarily with customers in the Agriculture, Automotive, Construction, Gas & Oil, and Heavy Truck Industries.
Our History
Dons Repair was started in Lake Delton, WI specializing in fabrication.
Machining capabilities were added to the business and the name was changed to “Dons Repair & Machine Corp”.
Dons Repair became DRM Industries Corp.
DRM was awarded the Sauk County Small Business of the Year Award.
DRM Electrocoat Corp. was started in Reedsburg WI.
DRM Best Exhibits and Centri Precleaners was added to the Family of Companies in Baraboo, WI.
2022 - DRM Family of Companies became 100% Employee Owned.
